Mini loan without BKR
Do you have a negative BKR and do you have to pay a bill urgently? If you have a job (temporary / permanent) there is the possibility to take out a mini loan. These loans have a maximum of 1000 euros and are taken out via the internet. The advantage of the mini loan is that the money can be in your bank account within 24 hours. The disadvantage of this extremely smooth service is the high service costs and the short duration. Ordinary banks do not take out mini-loans because they do not want to have customers with a negative BKR rating. Conditions for a mini credit are often income of € 1000 or higher.
I want a loan
With a revolving credit you can withdraw the money that has been repaid. The big advantage of this loan is that you can always have some money if you really need it. The disadvantage of the revolving credit is that you often use it. The credit is therefore never fully repaid and continues to run. With a personal loan it is not possible to take out an interim loan. The personal loan is ideal for people who want to borrow money and want to pay it off with a fixed monthly amount during the entire term. Important conditions for a loan are fixed income with sufficient spending scope and no negative BKR. This can be a permanent job but also an AOW, WAO or WIA benefit in which one is no longer re-examined.
Borrow with BKR listing
If you have a negative BKR listing, then a loan from the regular bank is very difficult. A negative listing will remain in the national database for 5 years after the debt has been paid off or when the arrears have been made up. One can get a negative BKR listing with a payment delay of at least two months. If you do not pay an amount at a mail order company (for example because you do not agree with the bill) you can get a negative BKR listing after two months. This can then cause problems if you want to take out a loan or mortgage with a bank years later. The bank will see this negative BKR listing in the database of the Credit Registration Office (BKR) and wonder whether you are a reliable partner. In short, avoid avoiding payment arrears with every credit you have.
Credit Registration Office
Loans are tested at the Credit Registration Office (BKR) where the bank checks whether you have enough spending room. All credits that you take out are registered here. These are not only loans from the bank, but also credit card debts, a red card at the bank and purchases at mail order companies. Debts with the telephone are not registered. In principle, mortgages are also not reported in the BKR unless there is a payment delay of a few months.
Open trade without bkr
Open Trade is a kind of Marketplace but with free ads. You can also borrow money from private individuals. A first impression quickly shows that it is better not to do that. The advertisements are designed in such a way that borrowers should get the idea that the lender is naive or god-fearing and that it is easy to get a nice loan. Especially with private loans you will have to deal with high interest rates and high fines if you do not pay on time. A nice offer can also be made for a loan, but first the advertiser wants a ‘down payment’ or ‘advance’. Do not respond to these proposals. There is a good chance that you will no longer hear from the advertiser after you have transferred the money. A mini loan from a well-known lender is then a better choice.
