English Homes Group has been trading for 15 years and owns and manages property throughout Kent. We bought the first of our student lets in Canterbury in 1998 and have expanded in this sector since that time but always on the basis that we would not let a house that we would not be happy to live in ourselves

Two of the partners are qualified Chartered Surveyors and the third partner has a degree in business management but we are all very much hands-on in the business, so you will not be dealing through an agent but directly with us.

We strive to ensure that all our properties are presented and maintained to a high standard.  We have regular contractors for electrical work and central heating maintenance, and we employ our own full time maintenance team to deal with any repairs quickly and professionally.

We also manage properties for other landlords in both Canterbury and Gillingham.  We insist that all of these houses are presented and maintained to a similarly high standard as our own.
